Pricing questions
What counts as one credit?
One verification of one email address. Your free credits are used first (up to the daily limit), then paid credits. Duplicates are removed before checking, and "unknown" results are never charged.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from packs and monthly plans stay in your account until you use them.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, anytime from Billing → Manage subscription. You keep the credits you already have.
How do I pay?
Securely by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are available in your billing portal.
How do the free checks work?
Visitors get 5 free checks a day with no account. A free account gets 100 free credits once, usable at up to 20 a day (the daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC). When the free credits are used up, buy a credit pack or plan to keep checking.
